Why This Site Exists
Sammamish records do not sit in one database. The King County Recorder maintains deeds, liens, and recorded marriage documents. Court clerks maintain case files, while the King County Assessor connects parcels with taxpayer records. King County Elections and the Washington Secretary of State divide voter services, and vital certificates come from county or state offices. Licensing agencies, business filings, and King County Library System genealogy sources add more paths. We organize those tools, contacts, and access limits in one reference.
What You Can Find
- Pages by record type: public records, voter registration records, and people directories
- Records offices: the City Clerk, Recorder, court clerks, Assessor, Elections, and vital records desks
- Search instructions: practical routes through court names, property ownership, and KCLS historical collections
- Access rules: what Washington law opens, what remains restricted, and how to request a record that is not online
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to the City of Sammamish, any King County department, a Washington agency, a court, or a records custodian. Our role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull, certify, or change any record on your behalf
- We cannot confirm whether a specific person lives in Sammamish
- We cannot remove information from government records or third-party databases
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a record applies to your situation
- We cannot promise that each portal, index, office hour, or procedure remains current
Only the custodian office can confirm, certify, or correct a record. Nothing found through this site may be used for credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions.
